The easy reach pocket means covering your duvet is quick and easy.
Rather than completely enveloping your insert, Thirdsheet uses a patented 36" pocket design to hold and protect the top of your duvet. The pocket does not fully cover the bottom of your insert. Instead, it works with your flat sheet to fully protect your insert.

Time to buy a new duvet insert?
We took great care to design Thirdsheet bed covers to work with your existing duvet insert so that you don't have to buy a new insert. But, if its time for an upgrade, we sell a small collection luxury ethical down inserts at wholesale prices. These are the same luxury inserts that are made by other luxury bedding companies. We pass our savings on to you because our goal is for you to fall in love with your pocket style duvet cover and having an amazing insert is part of that.
SHOP DOWNThe Thirdsheet pocket style duvet cover attaches to the top two corner loops of your duvet insert.
Using a duvet cover with corner loops is recommended. Unsure if you have corner loops? Just take a peak, most duvet inserts have them but they can be subtle. If you don't have duvet loops, some of our customers attach suspender/pacifier clips to the corners insert or simply tie the cover around the corner of the insert. Thanks to our community for the suggestions!
The Thirdsheet bed cover stays in place amazingly well even without bottom attachments
We were surprised too! Our initial prototypes had bottom ties as well but we quickly learned that bottom attachments are not needed. And, why add unnecessary complexity?
Yes! The Thirdsheet pocket style duvet cover works with your flat sheet. Think of it like a sheet, insert, cover sandwich. If you like to sleep without the top sheet, we recommend you stick with a traditional duvet cover.
Thirdsheet bed covers can be beautifully styled with edges hanging freely or tucked under the mattress
Depending on the size of your mattress and duvet, the cover will overhang your duvet by 2-10 inches and overhang your mattress by 16 -20 inches.

Standard shipping is 7-15 days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

We guarantee simplicity and that you will love the quality of the products you receive. If you are not completely satisfied - no worries! We will make your return and refund simple. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. The product may be open but should still be in unused condition.
